A MOTO WIN FOR BURUNDI

Almost a year ago when the world was normal, JFM rallied behind a need that was brought to us by our partners in Burenza, a district in Burundi, Africa, where the clinic we support is located. The need was to create a more effective way for nurses to travel. Giving them a way to make emergency trips, visit other clinics, seek additional training, and reduce costs. The best way found to do this was to own a Motorcycle (moto).

JFM's compassion was overwhelming providing all the funds needed, and even beyond, to provide a moto for the nurses. Since the purchase of the moto, transportation costs have been cut by 1/3 and sometimes as much as 1/2.

Going from $216 USD (418,0000 Burundi dollars) per month, without the moto, to an average cost of $64 a month with the moto. Not only have costs been cut, but the nurses have been able to seek additional training.

THANK YOU JFM FOR RAISING TO THE OCCASION!
